How do I access my live@edu account?

There are two ways:

What is my email address?

New students receive a written letter (via US Post) with their username, password, and email address.

If your username was created Jan 2011 or later, your username is a combination of your last name, first name and the last 2 digits on the current year. For example, if your name were Frank Wayne Pierce, your username might be piercef11 or piercefw11.

If your username was created prior to Jan 2011, your username is a combination of your last name and first name. It is usually your last name and first initial (unless this is already taken). For example, if your name were Frank Wayne Pierce, your username might be piercef or piercefw. Your email address consists of your username followed by @live.franklinpierce.edu. So Frank Wayne Pierce, would have an email of either piercef11@live.franklinpierce.edu or piercef@live.franklinpierce.edu.

How can I reset my password?

Login to the http://connect.franklinpierce.edu page and on the top bar there is a link for Password Reset. Fill in your domain (fpcstudent or Pierce), username (for example piercef), your current password and what you want to change your password to.

Why does it say my account is locked?
