ATTENTION STUDENTS! Please read this important information:
Microsoft has changed the URL, which is now outlook.com/live.franklinpierce.edu. If you are unable to access the site, please try the following. When the log in screen with email address already saved in it comes up, please click on the link for Log in as a different user or Sign in with a different user ID under the box then retype your information in. If that does not work, you will most likely need to clear your browsing history. Below are steps for most supported browsers. -Internet Explorer 8: Safety > Delete Browsing History
-Internet Explorer 9: Tools > Delete Browsing History.
Firefox: Firefox ? History > Clear Recent History > Time range to clear [Everything]
-Safari: Safari > Reset Safari
-Google Chrome: Three line icon to far right > History > Clear All Browsing Data > Choose Obliterate the following items from [the beginning of time].
